    I am not a big fan of either, but for a new driver I would say go orange.

    So, are you telling us that werner is what you expected or are you ready to go with someone else???
    Also, do they keep you busy?
    What kind of miles are you getting weekly=$$$?

    Mcelroy would be my choice. Wabash Valley Trucking is also good at getting drivers in a couple times a week and off on weekends, but you have to have 6 months OTR with them. TMC probably has the best training on load securement. The first two companies would be a toss up for me. These are the only 3 skateboard companies that I would consider. WVT would be the best home time.

    Run from Werner, if you are not planning on being a team/trainer you be screwed. No miles, terrible trips in dangerous situations you will be risking your CDL on every trip. Maybe 1800 miles for solo, but you will be split swapped or what ever. Hometime, HA HA HA! Dispatchers are Aholes and arrogant. Get into an accident and they will suspend you and send you home on a slow boat to china. Look at other companies this one shouls be your last resort
