If they are only asking for info for the last 3 years, then it should not be a problem. Do not volunteer any information that is not asked for!

 

Something else to consider -- Maverick's hiring area is roughly between I-35 over to I-95, excluding the upper northeast...& the southern half of Florida (below I-4).

Do you live within that area, somewhere?

Some companies don't want a DUI (or similar) conviction within the last 3 years; others, within the last 5; & still others, the last 10.

If they only ask/care about the last 3 years--& you live inside their hiring area -- then you should be good.

And you're right -- Maverick is as good a place as any other to start off in the flatbed world.
