No you're right, most Loves are toilets. I just end up there for the free showers usually because it seems like I fuel there 75% of the time at least. Sapp Brothers in Salt Lake City is still the nicest truck stop I've seen so far. No surprise the parking lot is always packed.

This isn't so much as an app question as a general one, but what's the beat way to keep track of odometer readings when you cross state lines? I've just been writing the odometer readings on the windshield till this point, but I'm sure there must be a less ridiculous way to do that right? For one thing it's pretty #### hard to write legibly when you're driving down the road at freeway speeds...

Verizon for some reason has that TA/Petro app blocked I cant get it through the marketplace. That truckster app is pretty similar to DAT which is free. Someone said they use Co-pilot? That dang thing costs $150!!! No thanks!

I used to use a notepad, too and I still keep all my mileages in one, but now I use my phone's voice recorder when I cross state lines. When I stop, I play it back and write it down in my notebook. It's especially nice in situations like I-81 between Virginia and Pennsylvania, where you cross three state lines in less than 40 minutes. I just pause the recording between each state line and restart it when I need to record another mileage. It's a lot easier than trying to write with that notebook on my knee, not to mention trying to read what I wrote while driving at 65 mph...

REPTIJ, It works for me (Verizon). I've had it for a while and I just checked it. It's the one called TruckSmart, right? Rewards card is registered and it will give you a snapshot of your recent activity and points as well as a screen size image of your card, etc.
