I'm going to try that voice recorder thing that's a good idea. I can't get trickster on the iPhone. Well I can't find it anyway in the app store.

theres a thread on this subject somewhere.. I remember another guy's method was to type the mileage into his phone like he's dialing it. Guess that would work too.

That's what I was thinking of trying myself. I tried the notepad instead of the windshield yesterday and didnt like that either. I guess in theory you could use one of the two trip meters on the dash and just reset it at every state line, but you're still stuck having to either write or voice note that number or it will be gone quick. (I reset the trip meters every morning for logbook mileage purposes, which I find to be very easy and obviously accurate.)

Hey thanks for the input on that. I appreciate it!

The Truckster app is in there, just search for "truck stop." The first app to come up in the list should be Truck Stops by Leigh Gagnon, and that's the one you want. For some reason it's listed in the app store as Truck Stops, but the app itself, at least as it appears on my iphone, is Truckster. When I open it, it says Truck Stops in the header, and Truxster in the background. Who knows what the real name of the thing is, but it's a pretty good app anyway.

    Anyone tried the Trip Pak
app? Supposedly you can scan your log books and send them to.your.company instead of having to use the trip paks at TS.

I have that Truckster/Truck Stop app. I bought it when I didn't have my RandM gps yet. It helped a bit, but I found it was missing a lot of info and/or the exit and Mile Marker info was often off a ways, especially for Rest Areas. Never tried it for truck stops..

I liked it mostly for locating Walmarts.
