Must Love Dogs!

My husband is a newbie with 3 months regional experience and I am currently a student scheduled to graduate late May. We are looking for a company who hires new drivers and will allow us to take our girl...a labrador retriever. Prefer a company that knows how to treat their employees so they are happy and stick around as well as pay them a living wage. We're not kids (those are all grown and gone) so we know what it's like to work for #######. We're willing to go OTR, although from reading your forum it sounds like there's no money in that these days. Perhaps that depends on the company. We're not really intersted in lease/purchase right now. Looking forward to what you all have to say.
