The saddest thing bout cutbacks are if you did there school on a contract you fall short of your how every many months needed to repay the loan.

    NOW THAT WOULD SUCK
Guess Swift gets the severance pay:biggrin_25521: and you get the shaft.

If your talk'n bout the cutback guy I'd say he trained with them or an outside school.
He is short of his year as he is only 22.

They are pulling double flats out of the gypsum plant north of Abq right now.

And in UT, ID, OR and WA you see Swift pulling doubles.............. scary!

Swift likes the rail system clams it to be cheaper but with the amount of trucks Swift has and freight being so low I do wonder why they hire. I know they make money off drivers who don't get past 3 months as per there contract in the long run it would be best for people to get there CDL tru an outside school and look for the reimbursement thing rather then the owe thing company's can play h**l with your DAC when you owe them.

You need to remember the turn over thing as well, Swift cannot control how many people quit or are terminated so they need to keep people com'n tru the doors.
If every driver was perfect then cutt'n back would be easy but because no one knows if a new driver will make it or even except the new lifestyle they need to keep recurt'n. It's how big truck'n company's work BE PREPARD thats why they take so much heat the lack of respect for there drivers is overwelming thats why there called a starter company.

    MAJIK Lady Thanks this.
