How long ago was the accident and how long not driving truck?

Accident doesn’t sound all that serious where it would warrant a second chance carrier. I personally would just apply anywhere that interests you.

 

How about Cox Trucking?

At the bottom of the page, it shows a cargo van delivery service. Maybe that might work if you don't meet their requirements but still want to drive.
Here's their requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• A valid Class A CDL.
• 2 or more years commercial driving experience. (Applicants that do not meet the 2 year experience requirement may still be eligible for hire)
• Can pass a pre-employment screening as required by Cox Trucking
• No DUI or DWI charges within the last five years
