Hi all, recently, a girl very interested in putting on her lipstick while driving put me in the wall. I didn't hit her car, but chose the wall instead. She never even slowed down. I didn't hit her car, and no police were called. Does anybody know if this will show on my MVR (Texas). I got my first driving job and am a little scared about the possible MVR. Some people have told me it won't since no contact, no police.
    Thanks!

If you didn't get a ticket it will not be on your MVR, how could it be if the police were never notified?

I suppose if you filed an insurance clam that might be found in a background check.

If this was her fault you should have got her license plate number.Anyway no report filed no cops so you're good to go.

Chivalry is dead my friend. If some self centered, entitled, vain, selfish individual is gonna do something stupid....i choose me. Shoulda hit her and let LEO cite her for reckless endangerment, distracted driving, or being plain stupid.

No police, no report......nothing to go on MVR.

Only thing to wonder is how company will handle on DAC, if they utilize.

Hopefully a non fault accident or incident.

no police, no report, no accident...period.

your only problem now comes from if you want your car repaired and you try to get your insurance company to pay. they WILL WANT a police report. then this can go on your driving record as a one vehicle wreck.

this happened to me, years ago, when i was riding my motorbike. i got pushed into the ditch, the (yeah) gal took off. but the state police showed up, as many called for help for me.

"single vehicle wreck", even though a description was given to the state police.

was on my driving record for 3 years (here).

next time, call it in. she screwed you, you do the same. take no prisoners.

See I thought that would be an insurance company thing too, maybe I'm wrong.
