    My MVR shows a old failure to appear suspension 15 Years ago, Cleared up 1995, will that hurt getting in school and hired after...?

    It shouldn't. Most companies look at 3-5 years as far as suspensions are concerned. I would be forth coming with it though. You don 't want it to bite you in the butt later.
