spent oodles and oodles of greenbacks on numerous check engine/stop engine codes with my 2010EPA 2012 Pete 386 I was told all the above and then some except for the guys at Peterbilt in New Haven CT
and what seemed to to the trick twice now is what they call a "mx power connector" that has wires inside that go bad.
