I have played with the intake actuator lash settings. Tring to get the valve to close quicker. You can go up in lash setting to a point but if you go further you get a ticking noise. Driver's say they notice a difference but I have not dynoed to confirm changes.

What are you calling a older ecm I have 06 Pet 475 mxs trying to get better millage just had the ecm burn reset timing & activator valves set hp @ 625

You will not see any fuel mileage or Hp gain with this file in a MXS 475 or 550 Hp engine. In fact you will experience a fuel mileage and power loss with this modification.
The reason has been stated many times on the message board. The problem is the hard parts in a 625 engine are different than the 550 or low Hp engines.

the torque was set @2050 not 2250lb I have seen a grate deal more power and a little better milage the next step is to do the injector codes which is why I asked about the ecm all input is welcome

Do some research on this forum and you will see why Mr. Haney said "Good luck." As for the injector trim codes...you do you realize they are not the old 4 digit codes. The ACERT engines have a 13 digit alpha-numeric injector code that no one has been able to break or even come close to understanding.

I wasn't sure if you had them figured out yet...I guess I'm wrong my bad. How soon till I can get you to ship me a set of flowed and balanced injectors to play with?

Nothing hard about the Acert Injectors actually. My problem in OZ is getting Core injectors as they are no so easy to find. Well enough to send them OS that is without replacements.
If you can find me some Cores I would be happy to do the odd set.. -
So Far Call, I got an NXS 625 with 5 oem and one reman injector. Can you work your magic on them???
