Being completely honest they have 160 trucks give or take and they are 99% team oriented. They have a few solo's that have been with the company for over 1 year and they have 1 solo that has been there basically since the company started. These are the exceptions. Every Tuesday they have an orientation of 4-10 drivers to replace drivers that have quit or been fired within their first 3 weeks. I don't think that this is a company that you would want vacation pay from as that would mean you would have to stay a year to build vacation days. Just my honest opinion but there is NO vacation pay. You can get a lot of hometime if you want but obviously that doesn't pay lmao. Anymore questions please ask away

My step brother should be starting there soon. He's still in school. They were a company willing to give him a chance, so he's hopping on it. I think he's going to be happier than a pig in **** getting to see the country and beginning his new career. He's been working very hard to get something started.

Yes this company has had some financial issues but the owner has made it his goal to give people second chances so I think the owner does his best

He will not make as much money as most other trucking companies but the miles are there and the experience is priceless. Any questions and I'll be glad to answer...

We had a temp-controlled pickup in Watsonville, CA at 9am this morning and we arrived at 8:35am. We were extra early and ready to pickup right? WRONG. They inspected our trailer and found 2 issues. First we needed a trailer wash and secondly one trailer door's rubber seal was torn and you could see daylight with the doors closed. Yesterday we were coming off a preloaded dry good trailer and we ran our reefer afterwards to ensure that it would hold at -10 and it did. This shipper was just being a pain. So we came out here to Gilroy, CA for a truck wash and our company decided to cancel that load for us. Now we're sitting and waiting to be dispatched:(

Man that is hilarious and sad all at the same time. He is probably the same one that knocked my mirror off at a pilot while I was inside meditating (porcelain god). Did they arrest him?

So guys I already knew that I didn't want to drive reefers and all the horrors stories that I've been told are falling right into place. Thus far it has not been Carolina Cargo but it has been the shippers giving us hell. We've had issues in regards to trailer door seals, trailer washouts, produce not being ready, produce not at proper temperatures, etc. This is the reality of trucking but it is more prevalent when it comes to food products. We had a load get cancelled on us then we were dispatched to another load with 3 pickups. 2 pickups went well but we've been sitting at this last pickup for a whole day now due to shipper error and thus far we have not been notified about detention/layover pay. I doubt that we will be compensated for our time but I don't expect much from this company. Later guys
