A man of my word here's the rig I ended up with. Not a bad truck, I kinda miss my 660 but this has so much more space.

Hey your truck looks just like mine!! Lol
ratherBfishn Thanks this. -
Hotel for the night. My part will be in in the morning and they assured me it would be fixed tomorrow. Not an injector but an Manual Control Module (MCM) which is covered under warrAnty. Hopefully back to work wednesday at the latest.

Hotel for another night. Memphis "forgot" to ship the part yesterday so it won't be done until tomorrow. Costing me another day of revenue and another hotel room.
Let this be a lesson for those who are used to being company drivers. When your broke down here you pay for your own hotels and the expenses keep rolling. You have to be prepared for it. Pretty pissed that I'm down another day because someone failed to do their job. Oh wellHalpinUout, TruckerNerd, ratherBfishn and 2 others Thank this. -
I'm asked often what my fixed expenses are each week. So I sat down and came up with the amount someone New coming on would be paying each week minus some of the extras I have (health ins, occupational insurance, and legal services.) those add up to about $230 extra a week for me.
But assuming you come on in a lease purchase in the same scenario I have. Counting truck, trailer, equipment rental, and various permits and insurances your fixed expenses will be around $815.99 NO that does not include fuel since that is a variable cost. So you owe $815.99 a week before turning the key or putting fuel in your truck. Trust me when I say I have no issue covering these expenses each week.
I stay pretty busy but I'm down in a hotel right now so if you have any questions please ask.RERM, Lonesome, TruckerNerd and 2 others Thank this. -
Hope you get back on the road soon wonder how ratherBfishn is doing

I'm stuck in Chicago dpf regen issues. Or it could just be a sensor I won't know till the shop plugs into the cpu. That's what happens when you let these new trucks sit for two months without turning them on. Sucks I haven't delivered my first load yet. Thankfully I still had my final check from my last company this week to fall back on.

Stuck again for another night. The MCM they sent and finally got in to fix today was a bad part so they had to order a new one. Getting irritated.... But all will be okay.

Sounds like you both are having a slow start for the week
