My back is really sore?

Quick question, recently when I sleep on my side my shoulder and arm go numb. When I roll over to my other side the same thing happens. Does anyone else have this problem?

 

It may be just a draft that got you by surprised.

 

I had some pain today around my lower ribs, in my back.

I think it had something to do with the way I sit straight up. I can't stand to "lay back" while I'm driving.

So it got me thinkin about this post and I dropped by to mention this but it seems the seat issue has already been covered. Now I know why my mechanic asked me if I needed kidney replacement yet!

 

Till it takes you a minute to stand up straight and you walk with a limp you ain't a real trucka

 

I sure hope not but I have my physical coming up in September. I guess I better check this out with the doctor now.

I started training again recently and I can feel my anxiety/stress go up.
