I actually pulled my truck up to the guard shack, shut it down and asked them politely for my door assignment.
They told me to go park it or they would refuse my load and then call the DOT on me.
Told them I was going to wait right there until I got my door assignment.
I pulled out my cell phone and called my dispatcher and then the "supervisor" showed up and threatened me again with calling the DOT. I let the "supervisor" talk to my dispatcher. Dispatcher asked me to please go park my truck.
A "radio rambo" started to get on the air about this time and really started to lay in to me. I then explained what really happened and that shut him up. A second driver got on the air and said that "they stopped receiving at 2 PM the previous day" I explained that there were two of us that got in at 6 to 6:20 PM and the other truck had been unloaded the night before. The radio went dead.
At 6:50, I was called again and told a door to back in to.
At 7:50, I was unloaded.
MY bad week

When I still hauled cattle, I took a load to Peck in Milwaukee and the mean (fill in the blank) woman working the guard shack refused to let me unload unless I left my CDL with her in the guard shack. My boss told us not to do it and to leave the cab card or truck insurance card not our CDL.
So after a short back in forth with her, (minded I had not slept more than an hour in a few days and was short fused) I told her if she did not let me in without giving up my CDL, I was gonna unload right there in the parking lot. As I walked to the back of the trailer and pretended to start to roll up the door, she yelled and said to go through. She also called me some select names and racial slurs but I got empty and was happy.
