Good for you. You will be a step ahead of many of your peers who have been coddled their whole lives.

When you study for tests study from the CDL manual not a DVD you're not going to learn anything that way.I think you over reacted in class from what I read.Your instructor pushed you out the door because he didn't wanna argue, his day was over and he wanted to go home.Just give it a rest and focus on school getting your CDL and starting a company.Make the rest of your time a pleasant exp for you the other students and your instructors.

Good attitude, Patty. Sometimes it is better to lose the battle so you can win the war.

School isn't any different then driving for a company, dispatch will do just what this instructor did if the driver continues to argue and prove they are wrong. If Maverick goes off on his trainer then quess what we will be reading a thread titled my trainer left me on the side of the road.

HAHA I don't normally argue with people, I am more reserved and relaxed. BTW, I am the only student in class and my instructor even said that he likes to argue, and I wasn't trying to pick a fight or argue or prove them wrong, I was getting conflicting information on test questions and wanted a clear understanding of which one was right. So in case I see it on the DMV written I will know which one was correct. I don't see how as a student paying 4K plus to attend the school, asking questions to get a better understanding of something is considered complaining or arguing.

Even now it's a moot point because I looked up the questions in the DMV handbook. So I know the right answer.

    So onward and upward.

Which school are you going to?

You should complain. If an employer is hard to work for, that is one thing, you are getting paid. But if you are paying for a service, you should get that service. Keep complaining, complain to the owner, to the BBB and ripoff report websites. It may not help you, but it may help future students from throwing time and money away at this school.

Why are they teaching you on doubles and triples, thought that was on your own time since that's not a requirement to own a CDL?What kind of school is this since you're the only student?Other schools have at least 10 students.

I am taking doubles and triples, tankers and hazmat. Even though there add on might as well take them and there an easy test. They have students at different levels, some started a week or so before me. There's more students in the day class but in the evening class it's hit and miss. One I get my permit I will join other students doing the driving.

Nothing wrong with getting all the endorsements, that makes you a more valued employee.I'm just surprised they're teaching you that in school.
