My Experiance with Watkins Shepard!

Sounds like a hell of day A.T. Watch yourself on the U-turns. If you get caught not many companies will hire you with that on your record.

Don't you just love when they tell you to just back it in or pull in and then they realize you are not driving a van! That's why you have to be careful of some of the directions you get over the phone from shippers/receivers.

 

It's funny you say that. I see Swift and JB drivers making U turns here in Dover all the time. Seems like they have no common sense about them.

 

Maybe part of their high turn over rate. Most companies fire you on the spot for u-turns. I would hate to have that on my dac.

 

That's what I was thinking! I drive by the same intersection every morning, and I bet 3 out of 5 mornings one of those two companies are doing a U turn. I have yet to see a cop pull them over. Not sure what the deal is because there are plenty of places for them to turn around leagally.

 

Cause you cant beat the southern accent and the corn fed.

I'm not saying they are the only two that do it, but those are the only two I see. They have the most trucks coming in and out of the Dover area anyway. Not trying to start a pissing contest about either company.

 

Cuz the accent makes their IQ drop a few points or they are all blonde?????
