I got up an got a almost hot shower lol Then got what should have been a BIG headstart today....
Well first I get stuck in Bumper to Bumper traffic in MD
Then I finally get to my Fuel Stop 30 MINUTES LATE! And I fuel and come out and the truck in front of me was still there, and since I was 30 minutes behind, I wasnt in the mood for anymore BS. SO I grabbed my phone and called the fuel desk to have them page the driver.
5 minutes later a 400lb yes HUNDRED pound waddles out with her arms full of hotdogs and bags and bags of food (this is 10am.....WTF). So then after she climbs up into this nasty looking truck, she puts it in 1st and IDLES out of the fuel island and around and pulls into another one and parks and went back inside........WTF how much food does she need...SERIOUSLY!
So That set me back another 15 minutes.....
Then I finally get to the receiver and theres a WS truck pulling out of the dock...the same guy that came to get loaded yesterday in PA as I was on my way out lol
I waited like 15 minuites then backed in and was out within 15 minutes then headed back to conover.
Got to conover checked the mail box....3 Loads! Must be a slow week lol
So now im sitting at home waiting for a call tomorrow.
Had a good week, turned in 2953 miles today from half of last thursday until today, and thats with the 34 hour resetlol

dude i always always alwaysssss somehow end up behind that person. if there are 10 pumps i will still pick the one with the guy who will sit there the longest hahaha. its to the point now if i see they are sitting in there i go just ##### them out. im done with all that. if you cant be done in the time it takes the next guy to fuel especially when there are trucks lined up to the street you are gonna hear about it.
American-Trucker and truckerdaddy24 Thank this. -
there where like 12 pumps i think, and i picked the sheety one lol. I pulled in, did the fuel card BS, pumped 190gallons, went in got the receipt and went to the bathroom and loged all of this in less then 15 minutes....then had to wait for her to waddle out

i know how it goes. i dont get it because during the day at pretty much any given truck stop there are plenty of parking spaces, even the close ones. nothing especially tight most of the time. i see more and more people, you wait wait...they come out with food and you think alright we can move. and they dont...because they are sitting there blocking the fuel isle while they eat!! if i have to do more than grab a receipt, i park. unless its deserted, at night or early morning or whatever.
truckerdaddy24 Thanks this. -
