It's not the intellectual level I'm looking at. It's the maturity level. Some day you may realize that is what counts to get ahead in this industry.

I still carry the stuffed monkey, my little niece gave me, in 1979, when I started. And yes, she named it Bear.

Lol yea I got updates. Was just waiting for the smoke to clear in here.

I delivered at port everglade Florida. I snatched a cheap and heavy back 2 miles from home in NC. I knew freight was rough so I didnt wait around. I booked it Monday am while I was waiting to be unloaded. Nobody wanted this load trust me.
I delivered that pig of a load yesterday.
on my way up to NC this past Monday I booked 2 more loads. Nc to Ks. Then OK to SD. I know sd is bad for freight out but im willing to DH out.
I will post the numbers on Monday. I have no complaints what so ever about Mercer. Everything I was told is true. For me, the grass was definitely greener.

Mercer called me today to check on me. Wanted to know if I was finding my way around ok. I gave them ***** stars. I couldn't be happier.

Also I have a helper on board because I busted myself up. Im paying 500 a week for that.
I now have 5 broken bones. Right hand, right wrist, right elbow, and 2 right ribs.
My hand is the new edition. I was favoring my right side so much I never noticed til yesterday when I finally loosened up enough to use it.
I should be 2600 to the truck after fuel and helper. We'll see
