tell ya what, i will post here more. i started this in fact sort of for the reason you state. but not to show anyone up. I did it to show the normal everyday avg. side of a flatbed driver.

where it what happens without all the jazz and pizzazz that is all fluff. just to show the real deal, where you put yur shoulder to plow and pull it. I load an unload and do it all agian. no you tube videos, no know it all stories, no calling this one or that one stupid.

just the normal everyday deal, the thing 99.9 per cent of us do everyday, which is try to make a dollar to feed the folks back home.

just to update another week at the office delivered at philly airport tuesday the 12th, sat a couple days and reloaded to san antonio, delevery today then reloading for ft.stewart,ga . 4800 and some change revenue, 2040 loaded miles the only snag is the 380 mile deadhead to pick up the ft stewart, but that gets me 40 miles from home on t-day and monday i go pick up my kid from army ait

Haha, I'm not mushy over him. Just thought it was a good idea. Most of those kinds "my experience" threads, detailing their days, are by guys just starting out, or they drive vans. Anyway, just saying I enjoyed the thread when it started out and would like to see more of that. If any of you other guys do the same, I'd read yours too.

I talked to another driver today, 33 years driving flats.. drove 40k miles this year, made $100k so he says.. just pulling stuff others don't want to pull. I find those kind of stories interesting. How different people work differently in this industry.. its good info.
