Thanks for the answer...I have a couple more questions...
How often do they route you through Fargo for maintenance? Have you had much truck service over the road?
I assume there's some backing on the road test, was there a pre-trip? How new are the Cascadias?

Richard wants all the Maintenance at the Yard.
But it doesn't work out that way always. Lol.
Occasionally you will need to get an Oil Change/PM at TA/Petro.
I have only gotten a few done on the road.
I usually get through the yard once every 2 to 4 months.
If it's not too far out of route they will route you through the yard . East Coast to NW.
Trucks will be 16 or newer.JZ80 Thanks this. -
If you can pass through south Chicagoland area in route to Portland or Seattle area, they will always route [and pay you for] the few extra miles across I-94 and through Fargo. About the only time you will run you across SD and I-90 is when leaving southern MN or WI and headed for California.
They always pay the way they route you, and will route you around weather if it's practical and probably wise given the outlook. I've been routed across Tehachapi and OKC, from Modesto to Beloit to avoid a bad winter systems that was currently affecting Donner area and Wyoming was due to be hit a few days later as wellLast edited: Aug 21, 2018

Any manual transmissions in the '19's? Heard there might be some sticks ordered.

13 speed seems like the way to go considering the terrain Holland covers. That chirpy sound in the automatics is kind of strange. I definitely feel more engaged with the truck in a manual.
