My Experience with CRST Malone Lease Purchase

Self - riotous ... That's probably more accurate than the self-righteous I think you were going for.

 

I was going for righteous but my spellchecker has riotous in it for some reason and I couldnt resist using it

 

I'm also Malone O/O. The only weekend loads I've ever booked were Alcoa (god I hate aluminum). When Friday rolls around I go home unless I'm desperate for cash.

 

Have you been with malone for a while? Whats your take on the company?

 

They do very little for the 25 percent ???

Well they did everything except drive the truck. They hired you , they purchased all of the equipment , the hired all the freight agents , they put up all the insurance , all the government bs , bought all the fuel , purchased all the repair shops and hired all the mechanics etc etc etc ........
Here's a great idea , quit your job there and go and do it all yourself , I'm sure you will be rich in no time and have a big beautiful fleet of 100 trucks in no time and have a great big happy family of wonderful drivers who will love you like a kind grandfather and be loyal to you and never leave you. Or you could go be a business operations capacity executive at landstarve and I think they take 30 percent.
