Did I read that right? Are they one of the very few carriers who do a per diem pay APART from the base cpm pay? (as it should be) or have they found a way to lower the cpm pay then do the $63/day back in?

That is a phenomenal pay package if it’s not a BS post. If they hired out of Texas I might give them a call.

I talked with them today. The 63.00 a day per diem comes out of your daily gross.
    You drove 600 miles at .60 = 360.00.
63.00 dollars of that is non taxed.

This company seems a tad gimmicky with the squared off trucks and the $63 daily per diem stuff, Thanks.

What do you mean by "gimmicky"?? This company has been % honest with me and my pay. The equipment is fantastic and I rarely have a issue with dispatch.

They make it look like an extra $63 a day on top of mileage and the trucks are an excellent recruiting tool. What company is buying a new fleet the total opposite of aero dynamic trucks these days? The .55 cpm is also eye catching. Lemme guess, they're not even 1099...

Correct they are Not a 1099. So yes they do pull taxes out of your check. Yes it is ¢.55 cpm if you have your Hazmat and Tanker endorsement, plus if you haul a hazmat load you will actually get ¢.60 per loaded mile. And the company does still have some 386's that they are replacing with new 389's.

Sounds great, I called them today, can't get home for 2 months living in Massachusetts. But there is another company out of Illinois paying the same on w2's hiring out of lower 48. Get home every 2 to 3 weeks with 4 days off if you choose for that many.

You like staying out that long? Estes has like 4 terminals is mass and will get you home every weekend. .585 start. Top out .665 as of right now. Sleep in hotel though

That pay scale is correct. I spoke to them last week and am giving them considerable thought.
