I have not worked a single job in which most dont complain about some aspect of the job. This is a nonsense post and the grass wont be much greener in any industry unless you realize this is common in all fields.

I went from 25k to 55k in one job move from Coke Cola to Roadway Express.
Now I'm averaging 85k. -
why not just move back to Oh, and run out of the Columbus Terminal until you settle in Ohio, and if you still dont like it, then atleast you can quit and be somewhat close to home. I think you're from Ohio anywaze.. I've stopped in Phx Term once, and it was too dang big to be considered a "Small Town" carrier. Maybe they have so many drivers running out of there, they're just boo booing on alot of them and dont really know it. I donno, but what ever you do i wish ya the best bud.

well heck, our Carlisle Term is pretty good also, they lost their shop manager, but the mechanics stepped up and it's still running smooth.

Was pretty ignorant. -
Well... not ALL drivers, but I've been having a streak of them around me lately.
I did run into two really nice and intelligent drivers today. It was a nice change.
I'm headed back down from GA to Lakeland, FL... Publix runs are fun!
I'm originally from PA and currently living in AZ -
I would agree with Mitch. With a large company different terminals can have completely different feels to them. May wanna consider switching to Dry Van side also.
