Dubuque.. now theres a spot you can pull the bikini out for. Im willing to bet you load in MN and head for Laredo. LOL.
I'm unloading in Houston tomorrow with no reload as of now. I did get told I was approved for L2 today tho.. but I kinda saw it coming. He told me a month ago to remind him today.. and i've reminded him every morning since last thursday. LOL. I'm ready for bigger things! And, this is a nice hefty pay raise.. so that always helps too.

Iowa looks clear for a while I think. If you don't get the MN load then you're probably in for a deadhead to Illinois. Just a guess. Anyway, I unloaded that dump truck in Aurora today and managed to rip the air lines to the gooseneck in the process. Had to have TA come out to the consignee and fix it. Got in a hurry and forgot. So after that went to a walmart across the road and about an hour later got told to head to Tulsa. In Salina, KS now, 690 mile deadhead, got 300 to go. Guessing going to be dropping this trailer and getting something preloaded, not sure what other option I'll have on a Friday afternoon.

Ive picked up scaffolding and platforms from a steel manufacturer outta Tulsa and taken it to a compressor station in LA, down the road from LSU... But if they told ya to head to the yard your prolly right.
-
I've picked up at that place also and went to ND. They didn't say to go anywhere as of yet, just to head that way.

I've never been to Minnesota before so that would be a good trip.
This load has to be tarped. Fun stuff. I think I did a much better job this time though.
Only took me an hour and a half. Had some overhang too.Speedemon1084 and jomar68 Thank this. -
That actually looks like a good tarp job. Just be sure you hung flags off that overhang.
Speaking of flags... I met up with that guy we were talking to in Laredo about the flag magnets/hooks and such and he said laredo offered him some.. so I guess the company is giving them out now. -
Most states allow a 4' overhang on the rear of a 48' trailer. Less than that, and no flags are necessary. If the overhang exceeds 4', you'd also need signs and permits in addition to the flags.

Looks like an ok tarp job to me. So I'm back on a flatbed, got two fabricated pipes (weighs 12500 pounds) going to Houston area. Could have delivered it tomorrow but I think I'm gonna slack a bit on this one and deliver it Monday.

I ended up getting concrete supports headed to Meunster TX.. just west of the shops in Gville for monday from Houston. Guess their building a new elementary school up there.. bunch of us delivering that stuff. Get to go through the house.. which is good.. but bad 'cuz i'm due for hometime wednesday... lol. I suspect Monday i'll get an Atlas load to Houston, then possibly load back up with these if their still available and head back up for home... but its only a speculation.
AZS.. where did you end up laying over? Had I seen this less than 17 hours ago that you were gonna take your time I woulda invited ya to the house if ya coulda made it here.
