My experience with Roehl Transport

He is correct about the idle percent reset, this was with the old style quallcoms
And they would reset it at midnight on the last day of the month.

Then to cut back on people who abused the idle percentage ( pre~apu era)
They started reseting every week on Saturday at midnight. So it was really easy
To have 100 % idle if you weren't careful.

 

Are you aware that 94.32% of all statistics are made up on the spot?

 

I Just got my fuel bonus plus my mileage rate increase to 32cpm. Bonuses work, you just have to jump through the hoops to get them. For me, it was worth it

 

I am a National flatbed driver, and very seldom do not get a quarterly bonus, and have never not gotten the yearly bonus.
Qtrly bonus is usually beteween $150-$250 for me, and the year end (Christmas) bonus has always been well over $1150.

 

Nice...the jobs I've had, a "bonus" meant you still had a job. Well, except one guy...Turkey Day we'd get gift cards to the total of around $100 toward our holiday dinner, for the local grocery store...

 

I hear ya. With Roehl you'll do pretty good it seems. I was employed only a month and got a Christmas bonus of $25 lol. It was pretty cool.

 

Roehl gives all of their drivers $25 for Christmas It's their gift to us lol

 

1800 drivers X $25 = $45,000 Not exactly chump change to a company owner.
