Maybe, maybe not. It depends on many different factors. Some you have control of others you do not. With the economy as slow as it is right now it will be difficult to do, not impossible, just difficult.

My experience with TMC recruiting has been positive. Phil has been really helpful. I head to Columbia on June 16. I am very excited to ALMOST be a part of the black and chrome family. I graduate from DCCC near Lexington, NC on June 7.

So far my experince with recruiting has been great. Laura has been very helpfull and informative. I am finishing school this Thursday, and anticipating going to orientation shortly after. TMC seems to be a perfect fit for me.

Just Hang in there. It could be worth the wait. I worked for them for 3 years. Loved it. Equipment is good. Training is good. Standards are good. I would have stayed with them, but wife had to have back surgery.:biggrin_25510:

TMC is a strong company. You will not have a problem if you start your career at TMC. Many other companies will look favorably on the experience you will gain at TMC if you decide to leave for another job.
