i dont expect that from any company for the first year and me being just out of school. i see you too are a student, are you considering TMC or do you have another company you are looking at going with?
Maybe, maybe not. It depends on many different factors. Some you have control of others you do not. With the economy as slow as it is right now it will be difficult to do, not impossible, just difficult.
its allways best to remain calm when dealing with recruters remember they they are only doing what the hiring pepole want ot see
My experience with TMC recruiting has been positive. Phil has been really helpful. I head to Columbia on June 16. I am very excited to ALMOST be a part of the black and chrome family. I graduate from DCCC near Lexington, NC on June 7.
So far my experince with recruiting has been great. Laura has been very helpfull and informative. I am finishing school this Thursday, and anticipating going to orientation shortly after. TMC seems to be a perfect fit for me.
im thinking about applying at tmc. i hear all about how strict they are and what not and they like there trucks to be nice and clean, who wouldnt, my concern is the future at tmc what does it look like and if a newbie would have a chance of a good career there at tmc. thats all im concerned about is the future of that company
Just Hang in there. It could be worth the wait. I worked for them for 3 years. Loved it. Equipment is good. Training is good. Standards are good. I would have stayed with them, but wife had to have back surgery.
Hopefully I"ll see you there. Scheduled to graduate TDI on the 9th and am in the process of setting up orientation for the 16th.
TMC is a strong company. You will not have a problem if you start your career at TMC. Many other companies will look favorably on the experience you will gain at TMC if you decide to leave for another job.
