It's fairly decent. I can't remember what the co-pay for meds was, but there is a co-pay. Hubby wasn't there long enough to use it often. It does kick in pretty quick though, I think after 30 days.

ugh!!! Decisions decisions!!!! I'm leaning back towards May not really sure yet. They both sound like great companies and I think either way I go would be good for me. :biggrin_25512::biggrin_25510:

I drove for Werner Enterprise for 7 yrs. My first 6 months was rough then it smooth out once I got my directions in order. Yes alot of People do and will talk bad about this company. Yes I have my ways an they have theirs. an Yes the insurance is good also. But it all comes down to what YOU make it. I left b/c Werner doesnt offer the local job that I want an will have with the new company I will be starting this Monday. I had GREAT dispatchers and I was a trainer for Werner. Remember YOU MAKE A JOB WHAT U WANT IT TO BE. YOU listen to the ones that post crap an you will go in with chip on your shoulder make you own mind up . I will answer anything honestly if you have any Questions.

I have 25 hrs left on my 300. I want to stay solo. I heard they push teams and to be a trainer since that keeps the truck making more money. Is this true?

I am going to be placed western regional placement told me. I live in central Texas though. Is it hard to be reassigned to southern regional?

    Any suggestions would be appreciative
