Thanks for this post. I wish I could find post like this for every company I am researching.
A day to day experience post, with plenty of 'old timer' input added for perspective.

    Great job.
Its kind of funny how some seem to treat you like your #######, when I can tell your just making conversation with questions about the company/industry.

Stuck in a truck with a tablet and internet.. what else to do, but ponder, question and learn.
Great for guys trying like me trying to make informed decisions.
I have to think the companies respect it... and I mean less rookies showing up with no idea what to expect, has to be a good thing.

    Also!

I am curious why you end up all over.
    You live near Ft Wth.
I was under the impression they had strong regional driving ops running DFW to the nearest four states with plenty of ways to end up close to home for down time.

I am seeing a lot of student drivers who go thru training with Millis....what about recent school graduates, looking for a good starter company....is Millis accepting them?

I think they hire the graduates of their school only or you have to have experience.

You can only get hired on at Millis if you have one year OTR experience OR complete their MTI school. Millis will not hire graduates from other schools
