I've gotten several hard brakings and the worst thing that happened was I had to go take a 1 day Smith System class in Omaha. Also was told after expressing my concerns for being terminated over hard brakings that I would never ever be terminated for a hard brake event EVER. Also after Gra-Gar determined they were a result of a malfunctioning speedometer they were erased from my record. Regardless I wonder what was the real reason your son was fired? Anyway, all in all while there are some aspects of working for Werner that are unpleasant, after being w/ them over a year I would say I am treated fairly and with respect and don't regret starting out w/ them.

 

Me too, werner also sent a message about it over the qualcomm the other day. I hope you are all sitting down before reading this.. It's about being under-compensated for training.
Anyone know approx how much they are asking for?
