Well,,I can scratch this one off my list,,at least for now. I have 3 minor non DOT-reportable preventables on my DAC..One is listed as a misc. What is a misc. accident? Two occured in 05/2007 this includes the misc. One occured 12/09.. Was told by FFE that my previous company would not release documentation showing these were indeed minor in nature...Catch is since these were minor and are catagorized as an "incident" I have nothing to show they were minor. So now the burden is on me. The upside I'll get plenty of excersie jumppppping thru hoops...
Prior to CSA2010 don't believe this would not been that big a deal. at least in my opinion. YA"LL BE SAFE.

Sorry to hear bud. Hang in there, someone will grab ya. I finally got through this morning to my recruiter and have to call back this afternoon as my file is going through the run around to see if I am able to be rehired. She said I didn't leave on any bad term's so we'll see.

Well, just got off the phone with my recruiter. Everything is good and being excepted as a rehire. I hope everything goes better this time. Got to call her back Monday to set up my bus ticket to be there on the 17th.

Yea I made an attempt to get back with my previous company only to find they are not hiring/rehiring from my area.....oh well time to press on.....

Same here. I can't afford to go through with what happened last time around but I'm having a little faith here and taking the chance. I guess it's one of those nothing to loose and everything to gain kinda thing's. I've got a couple fresh tactic's up my sleeve this time I'm gonna try anyway if payroll give's me any ####.

Thought with 3 yrs OTR all 48, just minors on my DAC. I would'nt have a problem..I don't need to put up with their BS...
WRONG!! Can't get Swift to release any info that the entries on my DAC were indeed minor, I know they aren't required to ,,but 'cmon, they could at least confirm they were indeed minor. Had a few good things lined up, including FFE. But they wanted/needed comformaton thru documentation. Since these were Non-DOT reportable with no citation/ticket issued I have none..So in my mind my chances to get hired by any decent company is being stonewalled by SWIFT....Chaulk it up to very expensive lesson learned.... -
