Yeah I'm still with ffe. I dont have any major complaints. I don't know anything about the training side cause I came on experienced but they got decent equipment. Pay is on the lower side I think but their are worse companies to drive for. Orientation is unpaid and laid out like every other orientation. Day 1 is physicals/drug test and road test with loads of paper work. 2nd and 3rd day is ffe policies and such. Hope this helps

Yea, he strike's me as a bit lite in the loafer's. I don't like him at all. When he came in, he was boring me with his "safety" speech and was trying not to fall asleep so I started to doodle a little on a piece of paper thinking "ok, yea, uh huh, ok , yea , yea, cool, get the hell on with it already and make your point" and he called me out and asked if I was ok. "Peachy!"

He's an ### though along with Ray in safety. Calling me up chewing my ### for something I wasn't at fault for. I was backed into while on my 10 and got my ### chewed like I was at fault. The black guy in oreintation (can't remember his name) is a bit goofy too.

Are you playing find the needle in the hay stack when trying to find an empty trailer on the yard there? Just wondering if they may have fixed that BS problem. I guess the next best thing they could have done was swap the trailer shop over the where the tractor shop used to be.

And if have any problem's trying to get your truck washed because you can't understand the no english speaking mexican's in the wash bay, it's really not that difficult. Trying to chase down that SOB Tyler for a wash ticket will give you a work out and it's about as easy as trying to understand those mexicans lol.

They have started getting some newer truck's in but some of the guy's from my class said they got stuck having to pick up some ragged out POS truck that didn't run and did more running around to pick up an abandoned truck than they did load's. I got a 09' white with Lisa sticker's on it and it just happened to be one of the paperless log test truck's out of like 15-20 according to sir Chad in safety after he called me in KC and asked me why I wasn't logging on it and told him it didn't work when I got the truck. QC guy in the shop said here, and disconnected it and hooked the old one back up. The new QC is an eye sore being mounted on the dash anyway like a computer in a cop car. Nice, clean, tight truck though.

Sense WPM isn't having any problem's I guess I'm gonna take the offer and go back and see if I can't try and make a go of it again. Just gotta find a way to get the money to live on till the first check.

Oh, and as for the road test, be #### sure you remember to use the three point's of contact when entering and exiting the truck other wise the tester (black guy, forgot his name too) will chew your ### and make you get back in or out of the truck and do it again. Prime and Marten never bothered me about this but they sure did. You also have the option of double clutching or floating, what ever you prefer. Some companies don't want you floating during the test.

We learned to float gears in my School I'm glad to hear that they give you the option. They did show us double clutching to but floating is so much easier.

The oldest trucks are 2007 freightliners but most are 2009 or newer. Mine is a 2007. The black guy road testing is gone I guess cause I haven't seen him. The truck wash there is a waste, I could do a better job with a waterhose.
