This has been a good thread for me to read - sending husband out the door today to start his training (not with Swift - but similar Co.) - Glad to see GOOD reports!

LadyK, I gotta ask, since I don't speak Klingon.

WTH does that stuff in your signature mean?

The first truck I trained in was a Volvo 670 with a 223" wb. You could turn the tires off a trailer with that truck. It had one heck of a loud APU set though. Never ran the darn thing since it would shake your teeth out if you left it on overnight.

I lost my mind once, then I found it aga..... wait a second! Where did I put that thing again? :biggrin_2559:

Klingon is the one that did the costume stuff - I was his makeup artist. We had so much fun! We would do parades, fund raisers and film premires. Then we got into Jeeping and away from the Klingon/Star Trek stuff. When our daughter out grew Jeeping, we moved on to motorcycles. Now we are heading out as Truck Drivers (Klingon is actually heading back into driving - he was O/O 20+ years ago)... We are planning on a good 10-15 years driving - depending on how long God lets us :biggrin_255:

Shhhh - its a secret - even HE doesn't know where he's headed - LOL! He is the one that made the decision, I'm just following his lead. We will see where life leads us :biggrin_25525:

Well, I'm headed back to Fontana. Our PTA is set for 0700 today, but as yet we don't have a load.

Hopefully I won't have to spend the night at the terminal, but it's a likely possibility.

    See y'all later.
