    Understood, but pretty hard to prove when they didn't put the right carrier down.

    And that's why details are important.

    I'm not commenting on the difficulty of that; just noting that it's quite likely that there's at least enough of a leg to stand on that the broker in question at least has the option to hassle him about it. The whole thing in general is a silly affair and a suit would be petty beyond belief, but the industry is funny like that sometimes.

    Not interested, i do just fine sitting behind a computer dealing with enough shenanigans as it is, dont need the headache of driving a truck on top of it.

    I'd pay him what he wants. Now he's tied.

    @Oor , just trolling, huh?

    Bud, if you want to contribute you should prolly be more than a steering wheel holder. Because if you are an O/O you are one of the reasons this industry is so #### scummy and unprofessional, you sound like someone talking out their butthole.

    Lol, more insults from a broker...

    Look bud, I ain't the one who screwed up, and I have spent far more time fixing broker screwups than they ever have, or will, of mine.

    Show us on the diagram where the bad broker hurt you.

    edit: Crazy how there is so much hate for the brokers out here when most drivers couldnt/wouldnt be able to prospect, land, and maintain a customer. Also crazy how much hand holding i do on the daily with carriers and customers alike.

    Anyway, gents, might I suggest that this particular bit's circling the drain? I don't think it's terribly productive for anyone.
