You missed post 13 where a change has been made in company policy which makes the entire thread useful.

If you don't like to beat a dead horse then stop watching it get beat.

or better yet, deduct $70 from each employee's check working in the office in Pensacola... for use of the central air.

here is something worthwhile to the post.
The 45% is for July/August and September only

My point is, much like all the complaining on this board...if you don't like it leave. there are other jobs out there, and plenty of grateful people waiting in line to take your job.

Is it the most driver-friendly policy out there? NO!
Is fuel the single largest, yet constantly fluctuating expense in a trucking business? YES
Have any of the people complaining about it, ever successfully ran a business, and had to worry about controlling expenses? I'm going to guess NO
Do I personally like the policy? Not particularly
Do I understand it, and agree with it from a business standpoint? YES
Will people continue to add, "If it were my company...blah blah blah?" YES
Will they ever bother to get their own company? NO
Should everyone #### and move on? YES lol

    sky king Thanks this.

    It makes his post questionable.
