OK..I CANT TAKE IT NO MORE ..MY FLEET MANAGER .IS SO BAD,SHE SUCKS..HOW DO I GET RID OF HER WITH OUT SCREWING MY SELF..CAUSE I HV TO TRY A DIFFERENT ,FLEET MANAGE.BEFORE I QUIT..I WORK FOR U,S,XPRESS....THE micromanaging PART MAKES THIS JOB A BAD ONE I BELEAVE...

Should have looked around before picking them. I've heard nothing but bad things from them since I became a member on this forum. I feel bad for the guys that are in my class that are choosing them for a company. I try to tell them but they dont listen and here again time and time like now is another thread about US Xpress.....

I hv talked to her several tyms this past week..and sos..i want a new fm..i hv to try that ..befor i quit..today was a very long long bad day..and got the shaft rt at the end too..bad day guys bad f day.

I did look around..flatbeded for about 8+ mnts now van about the same..i was dedecated for 6mnts ,till the money droped...it kills me how some students just seem to know everything..lol..drive otr for a while first..lol

it's not a bad place for everyone,but it does happen often with the bigger outfits. could be many reasons for the issues. unfortunately for new drivers it's a very common issue they tested in many ways at the same time,they do it to try and determine if and where a driver fits best for them. it not right but it the way it goes.

we all have bad days,cant let it drag you down.all u can do is ask, who did you flatbed for ? why did you leave that division.

I think you will find that 95% of the drivers out here will say the same thing. Have you tried talking to the driver liason group? Can't remember the ext. but if you call the mothership they can connect you to them. Call me crazy but i just came back after leaving in 05 and to be quite honest i wished i had never left. It's just like any other place, you have to make the best of it and take the good with the bad. Only thing I hate is the jockeys that work nights and weekends.

Meet with whomever your FM reports too. That's going to be your best bet if you want a change.

Apply online with other companies & quit USX after you receive an orientation date. Send several online applications then pick which you prefer.
You will have very few FM problems with flatbed or tanker companies. Schneider tanker division will probably hire you and so will Prime tanker or flatbed division.
