My four way flasher and some cab function not work

Based on those panels I don't see a #### thing for your 4 ways. Used to be a small signal box toggle containing a fuse within just below the steering wheel on the left.

 

Everything is likely computer controlled.
A test light can check all the fuses to see if one is burnt

 

Sounds like a job for the dealer. Gotta love that warranty.

 

I'm not sure about cascadia but the flashers are normally those big black square fuses not the little colored ones.

 

When I lost the 4 ways in my 2014 Cascadia it was actually the 20 amp trailer left turn signal fuse, it is in the box under the hood next to the steer column on mine.

 

If you insist on doing it yourself, the SAM Chassis module is probably the best place to start. Do you have the owners manual? There's a section on fuses; start there.
