Y'all need to stop trashin celadon y'all are treated like kings here making 10cents more than us loyal celadon drivers and we get treated like dogs. Its wrong that you choose wrong on companies and get to keep your over priced rates can't wait til celadon drops y'all.

Celadon drivers are F###in IDIOTS! (not talking about 1nonly) Every one i see is tailgating, running people off the road, passing on the right, speeding (in low speed limit areas and construction zones), holding up the left lane with there slow az$ sheet! This ####### next to me came in the EXIT at 25mph and nosed in and his trailer is 15 FEET out into the narrow enough isle, he already pulled the curtains...

If anything GM drivers are better then Celadon drivers....

From what I see all gm drivers do is complain about everything. One complained how tuff it was going to be waiting in line to have the pilot scan her papers. As for driving every company has bad drivers gm is gone cause of its drivers it lost millions last year. Celadon made millions as I see it that mean gm was the bad company celadon is still employing people gm is not.

Dude, why don't you put some of your griping to work on Celadon! You should be pissed at the company for not paying you more, not at the drivers who are working for more than slave wages! Envy is not a virtue!:biggrin_25513:

I started to respond, but decided it's not worth my time. I hope your year improves since it's obviously off to a bad start. God Bless, driver, and have a great day.

Fixed that right up for you.

It would seem that Celadon wanted GMT bad enough that they took their drivers (and their higher wages,) and put them in brand new trucks. You're mad because you know (but probably won't admit,) that it speaks volumes about the quality of the driver pool at each company. And you find yourself in the kiddie pool!

Celadon is more less a starter company,a company where inexperienced drivers start a driving history, some will never leave, some will be gone once they learn their are companies that may suit them better,Celadon is what it is,we losse some of the perks, but and a lot of other stuff,I've been through a buy out before and it is a pain the rear. I don't liwhatke theit system of pay, benefits anxtras,Celadon is what it is. If it's worked for them, great, if drivers are happy, great, I am not impressed I personally feel they don't trust the driver to think or act on his own.
I never did the scanning before, didn't understand it at first but latter caught on to it.
I do plan leaving shortly found a better place, and as for GM loosing money,it was just YRC playing games with the company, Cealdon gave an offer YRC wanted the money and they sold to the highest bidder,I'm not getting in to the whole GM was great &I all that stuff, but I can tell you they where not loosing the amount of money they clameLater all.
