My Honda EU3000iS generator set up...

    It's probably your float bowl flooding the carb/engine. I don't know if you can modify the generator to fix it, but you can try to change your driving habits to not take turns so fast. You might also make sure that your ride height is set properly, and that your shocks, sway/torque bars, bushings, and suspension are working correctly.

    When you turn off the generator, it's a good idea to shut the fuel off at the tank to prevent flooding while you're driving. I would always have trouble getting it to start when I parked until I started doing this.

    Not only is it a good idea, it is a DOT requirement. You cannot have any gravity fed fuel supply of any kind on a truck, unless there is a shut off. And when you are inspected, it better be in the off position.

    I've had my Honda 3000 for 4 yrs. No issues till now. Valve stuck open in head. New head and valves good as new. Cant tell how many hours on it but its up there !

    ok..... simple disconnect the LOW OIL cut off.... when your turning the oil is shifting and the low oil Sensor is cutting it off.... and just so you know it's doing what it should... Momentary low oil can cook the baring
