Here's a very simple situation--RRRUUUUUUNNNNN! very fast away from this outfit. In my personal experience and everything that I've read from the fellow drivers on this forum PAM is among the worst I've ever seen. From being at the bottom, unprofessional staff, a piss poor road rescue and the cheapest equipment i've ever seen it's a miracle this company still attracts drivers. I'm more than a disgruntled employee, I'm ashamed I ever wasted time there and advise against you doing the same. Good luck and truly drive & work safe (dealing with them)!

Yeah. Run. Stay away and let the drivers that don't have problems or complaints get the miles and make money.

How is PAM towards drivers who already have experience? Are they treated any better those coming out of Drivers Solutions?

Experience doesn't give you a foot up on rookies.
    You would just more cpm.

3 year plus trainers don't get any better/faster treatment at company shops.

Company seems to give the best/longest runs to newbies who get paid a quarter or so per mile.

Hmmm, guess my 2300 mile San Diego to Lansing dedicated run for 2 weeks sucked then. My student's going to love his dedicated run from Laredo to Irving over that.

Dude, why haven't you quit yet if you're so miserable? Even with all my problems, I've voiced them as less frequent as you and you're STILL with the company. No one likes a whiner.

I have to let at least two "incidents" drop off to get a different job.

Knight Refridgerated was sounding ok but 4 incidents turned them off.
