That's pretty steady numbers RB. I've been home since Mon. night and will be leaving in the morning and if all goes well, I should do right at $4100 in revenue with no load over 13k. Should help alot with fuel mileage. Although I would like to do between $4500-$5000 a week, you really don't have to bust it to make a decent living on choice. Fuel is the biggest expense and the more I/we can keep that down, the more money hit's the bank on Friday. Keep on keeping on.
From Schneider's website (Owner Operators) http://schneiderjobs.com/owner-operators [h=2]Requirements of Owner-Operators[/h] At least three months of recent Class A driving experience Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) issued by your state of residence Proven safety record Solid work history
I agree with the fuel, i'm looking into getting my own fuel card. Right now i'm averaging 6.9 mpg. Sometimes you have to be in the right place at the right time with choice. One bad load can spoil your whole week. The good thing is, i only have a $109 a week deduction from settlements.
Research...Research...Research... lots of questions... plan ahead...ignore the 'naysayers'. Rinse and repeat. Now back to Rickybobby's regularly scheduled programming. (Sorry for the hijacked thread)
