    At our terminal, we have Nancy downstairs. She's one of the most hardworking lady I've ever come across.. after my mom of course.

    She definitely is, everytime I'm back at the yard, she finds time out of her busy day to chat with me. And btw her knit work is amazing, I will ask her to make me sweater with Bakari & Patty on it

    I am so jealous! We're going in that direction, for sure. I'm in the process of hiring an assistant to handle a lot of the paperwork, answering phones, and employment checks. Right now, two of the owners and I take calls/texts 24/7 and just balance it between us. But we're going to be growing out of that pretty shortly.
