    Very funny ETCH! :biggrin_2559: :biggrin_25522:

On a different note, I didn't make it. :( I was nervous and hyper which caused my heart rate to go above what is allowed. No worries though, as I plan on giving it another shot in 6 months.

I will say this. My recruiter Beth Ann, and my trainer Jason really represent Roehl well. Very professional and took the time to explain things in a thorough manner. They both were extremely helpful!

I just received my bus ticket. I start Monday. I am not worried about the physical. Besides I was already given a DOT physical by Roehl and passed.

It seems they have 10 speed trans. and that is what I was taught with when I got my CDL.

I will not have a laptop for a few weeks. I will leave it for my wife to use at home. I plan on buying one latter on.

I am excited, but I don't want to be. I don't want my feelings of excitement to affect what happens on my first day.

I am sorry you didn't pass. Go see your doctor. There are blood pressure medicines that help keep your heart rate down. These work wonders. I guess we will see you in 6 months.

    RockyWI Thanks this.

Does anyone know how many trainees actually get through all 3 evo's and stay with Roehl? Every week approx 6 students make it to EVO1= 312 a year hired if all goes well. So how many actually DO stay? For all the ongoing classes for training every week wouldn 't you think they would eventually reach saturation?

This is a 1,300 truck company. It's still an interesting question I'd love to know the answer to. I can tell you that I did it. I'm still here. The company irritates me every now and then, but I feel I've learned to play the game well.
