You know we've all been around here listening to driver's regarding broken promises for years, so while this is new to you , most of us already know whats coming.

 

What's it like down in Phoenix? I currently live in Oregon. Expensive here too. My brother pays 1200 a month in rent not including electric. I start at the SNI Phoenix training next week. Leave tomorrow.

 

Phoenix isn't that expensive if you look at west valley or far east valley, though west valley is ghetto af. Bought a nice house in San Tan Valley for $239k, mortgage $1400, but it's 60-70mi from the terminal
