Oh ok lol I was thinking she would be there or something. But hell she knows all I went through, but that might not make a difference either. I guess whatever recruiter I get then so be it, I just can't wait to work.

I put in my app with USX Sunday night, got a automatic email thing from Amy Hobbs. Haven't heard anything else from her though, how long does it usually take until you get a real email? I'm so ready to set up orientation and get driving. 24 more days (hopefully, if I can get my orientation date for Monday December 30th)

Call them 423-510-3000. Ask for the hiring department. Tell the lady in the hiring department your info. She will put you in touch with the person who is processing your application.

Amy Hobbs is processing my app, I'm just wondering how long it takes them to send a prehire?

I am pretty sure they will not be starting an orientation class two days before a holiday. With New Years on a Wednesday, that whole week is likely dead

####, that sucks. Looks like I'll be home for New Years then. Don't really want to go before Christmas.

Live it up till you start trucking. Once you start, your not going to be home much.

I don't know how long the pre-hire will take. I think it all depends. Keep calling her everyday or every other day.

Thanks for the advice, figure I'll get drunk for New Years and relax on the couch. Ima call in the morning and see what they say.
