Im glad your liking knight , personally i found them to be lacking in more ways than 1.

I noticed you mentioned your buying insurance for $90.00 dollars PER WEEK. Notice how your $1,200.00 per week gross pay is turning into half that to you in your pocket ? That is socialism. Your pay and your freedom to control your money $ becomes less and less and you become more and more of a serf. Im self insuring on my health care so it costs me much less. I have much bank account at the end of every month so i have a lot more freedom. Freedom isnt for everyone of course so please take no offense but in all the decades ive been on this earth i notice how the individual becomes less and less and the government becomes more and more.

actually alot of them started out at Werner, ike,little guy,abe,Indiana jack, sinister, and trucker steve now head of social media for knight started at a ms carriers for 3 years before swift bought them and worked for them 2 more years...js

 

First year doesn't really count in my book.
I dont recall anyone starting at one company and staying there.
All mega companies that train drivers will take advantage of the reduced wages knowing that the driver will leave after the first year.
The guys that tear stuff up get weeded out.

I found the same exact thing you did at Knight with the added benefit of EVERYTHING is your fault. Truly a very lousy company.
