First load is delivered. 3 hour live unload by the time I finished cleaning up all my stuff. Now I'm off to Corsicana, TX to pick up some more glass and then 1096 miles to Mount Airy, NC.

Second load is picked up...finally. 2 his to set up, 2 hours to load, 2 hours to prep for tarp, 4 hours to tarp. 10 hours from the time I got here to the time I rolled out the gate. I wound up working 4 hours past my 14 tarping. I don't think my bed has ever felt this good. Time for bed.

put it in manual but if you try to shift at too low an rpm, no more grinding, just an annoying BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP dubbed the "effew beep" by a student a while ago

I hope you sent in macro 9 (detention request) after your leaving shipper. Last preload I waited on was supposed to be ready on blah date, 24 hours, 1000am, the trailer came around the building. (student and I got there the night before). Security guard at the shipper said they didn't have a 2nd shift anymore so the ees that come in "around 2230" (more like 2345) set the loads up to be put on the trailers, then the dayshift loads the trailers. Even if its one minute over the 3 hours, send in the 9.

I can't remember the last time I woke up this sore. I just slept for almost 14 hours. Good thing this load has plenty of time on it. I'll probably stop in NLR for the night tonight. Won't be there until like 2300 though.

Detention? Whats that? Maverick is just plain lazy when it comes to billing and collecting for detention. Why should they care, they arent the ones waiting after all.
