Speaking of such, I want to make video's too. Not so much for the general public (though I will put on YouTube), but for my personal family and friends to see what I do day in and day out.

Dave, what program do you use to edit your vids? Thanks

I agree and that's why I have hesitated doing so. Not trying to be like anyone. I have such "low tech" equipment you'd be suprised LOL. But I used to follow BCT before he went all Hollywood. Now its not about trucking anymore so youre dead on!

Thanks for reminding me about that.

I use a Mircosoft product called Window's Movie Maker. It's pretty user friendly but as I get more into this - I want to upgrade but havent decided on which one to move too. There are some really good ones out there just depends on what you want to spend.

I shoot my video's on a digital camera for now so it seems to interact with the software well.

Man - I am finding it harder and harder to find the time to update these days. Not sure how you guys are able to update everyday. By the time I get stopped and fix dinner - I am too whooped to even sign on anymore.

Will be glad when it's warmer so I can get out more and get back to my walking routine at night.

Let's see - since the last update I have been running what seems a circle lately. Heading from WI to VT then down to GA and over to AL, then back up to WI. Over and over again - if I went any faster I would get dizzy!

Was able to run into my buddy Kirk while heading from AL to WI. We met up on 65 and stopped just South of Louisville - he headed East and I continued North. But sure was nice to have someone to run with for a day. Make the time go by a lot faster.

Last load I got I grabbed out of Marion WI on Friday and delivers in Clinton SC on Monday morning. Way too much time on this load and I dont even need a reset - crap!!!!!

Well since I had that muich time - I ran hard Friday and got just north of Louisville KY and stopped for the night. Got up Saturday and headed over the to Truck Show. The Pilot had free tickets and found out they offered free "Big Truck" Parking at Papa Johns Stadium - so headed there. Was easy to get in and found a spot with in minutes.

They had a shuttle from the Stadium over to the convention center for drivers which was great.

I grew up on Louisville so knew my way around the area and the convention center also which made it much easier.

Saw the "normal" exhibits and stuff but made my way to the Kenworth area as I wanted to see the T700 up close.

I was blown away at the room and size of this truck. It's very similar to the T2000 but has some features that have changed. They had several you could climb into but most were filled with little kids and "wanna be" truckers. They did have a neat cab "cut up" for the 700 which allowed you to walk through. Again very much like the T2 but very sweet truck. I have some pics I'll post later.

Also checked out the T660's and Peterbuilts version of the same. I must say the Peterbuilt version of the 660 is has much more room but it much heavier than the KW version. Both are nice trucks -

The walked over and checked out the Pro-Star. I was impressed with this truck - average weight to the 660 and less than the weight of the T700. Very roomy - but didnt care for the dashboard - seemed cheap and too much plastic.

Spent the rest of the time just walking around and dodging the "headhunters" as they see you wearing a company shirt - they are on you like - well you know. Just kept saying - I am happy where I am and kept walking.

Did get a couple of nice tee-shirts and picked up some good cleaner/protectant for my rims. The winter has really been hard on them so looking forward to getting them back in shape as the weather gets better.

Left Louisville Saturday around 1 and headed over to just east of I26 for the night. Only t/s close to my customer is very small and figured if I get there too late - wont be any parking.

Got up this morning and got to the Pilot closest to my customer - GREAT an open slot. Fueled up and backed right from the fuel island to a spot! Been spending the day catching up on posts and what not. Only 6 miles to the customer in the morning........gotta love that!

Posted a new video today - check it out and let me know what you think! This one is a little different I must say!

    Be safe and run hard!
