Such an untrue statement. Studies have shown that most of the "gators" you see are actually Virgin tires. Maybe back in the day your statement would be correct, but a quality retread that is properly inflated and checked on a regular basis will last just as long as any virgin tire on the market at a considerable cost savings.

Baritone, After a year with Millis how would you rate them overall. Also what about a gross income over your year from training till now...

    Thanks Gunner

Ive only had it a day and then went on home time. So spent the weekend getting it set up like my old truck. Biggest changes is it's a cummins engine which I like and it pulls much better. Also now finally have a second bunk and an air ride passenger seat.

I will start e-logs when I roll out on Tuesday also so that will be a change I'll have to deal with. Other than that -she's pretty nice!

    American-Trucker and wulfman75 Thank this.

Ill be interested to hear how it handles compare to the T600 particularly the turning radius. My guess is its the same except the power of the cummins. Its almost summer and the wife and kids will be able to ride with me, individually of course, but I am worried about lack of 2nd air ride seat. I have fashioned a second bunk but not sure my idea of putting air cushion on passenger seat will be sufficient. Has anyone had a passenger ride on a stationary seat? If so what was their experience? Can they still walk or is their back broken?

The turning radius is actually better than the 600. I teamed too Richfield about 5 months ago to drop a local driver there to pu a new regional truck. So I rode in my passenger seat for several hrs. It's not too bad - not near as nice as air ride but it can be done.

I probably said this before somewhere in one of your threads Baritone but congratulations on your first year at Millis.

Also curious like Gunrunner above about what you ended up grossing your first year including training.

Nice new truck by the way. I like it!
