How does your landing gear "tap" another vehicle unless said vehicle is underneath you?

Sorry, I meant to say DOT bumper, not landing gear. Apologies for the typo

So is that 4 or 5 wrecks you've been in?
And it seems you have an issue hitting vehicles and blaming it on them.
I can see why you are having trouble getting hired.

Look, you need to realise you can't just get in a wreck and have no consequences. Change your attitude from "it's his fault I backed into him." to "I realise I messed up, I've learded from my mistake."

Until you change your attitude and stop blaming everyone else for your mistakes you will never get anywhere in life.

And yes it was your mistake at the least in backing. If you don't know what's back there g.o.a.l.

These are not wrecks nor crashes. They are incidents.

Furthermore, I'm self employed...my equipment, fuel, insurance, & maintenance are all paid for out of my own pockets. That already proves that I value responsibility.

I appreciate and value your input, but it would be unfair of me to judge any driver now by what they did years ago.

Want to know the diffrence between a wreck and incident? Simply the word used.
In both cases you hit something you should not have. It's simply a term to let you think it was no big deal, when in reality it is.

They can call it what they want but I'm not letting comments on a report stop my career. We live and learn.

It's been 2 years since I've been cited for ANY reason..

You can dispute any entry on your report and you can and should IN ADDITION submit a statement of proper length that will be given to any subscriber which requests your report. DAC is covered by the same rules that govern credit reporting agencies.
